Meg's Birthday

How many cakes does it take to hold 22 candles?  Apparently.....3.  And they were yummy.  It took Meg 3 tries to blow them all out and Zoey helped!  Delicious dinner, lots of yummy cake and family.

When you want Zoey to come to you all you have to do is offer her some candy.  She even shared some with her Great Grandpa Marc.  First she took a bite.............
then she gave Grandpa a gooey sticky bite.......
then decided the rest was hers.  She loves gummies, too.
Nicki was actually cooking so she donned her special apron Amy made for her.
Hey guys...just relaxing with Aunt Nicki.
Zoey kissing Victoria's foot.  Victoria loved it!
Victoria thinks she can drink form a glass already and was crying for a drink.  Kristine gave her some of her water and she did pretty good.  Didn't even spit it out!  Maybe it's time for a sippy?  She's just too cute!

Fish

The boys and Nicki came down Sat. night with a slew of red perch Devon and his friend Jimmy had caught.  We cooked and ate most of them for dinner.  Not much meat, but what there was of it tasted yummy.  Then the boys went out in the hot tub and we played with Zoey.

Mother's Day

Thank you Smigs, Leonards, Clays, Nesbitts, Breadys and Carringtons for the phone calls, dinner and gifts that made my Mother's Day so special!  It is truly a joy to be called your Mom and Grandmother!

On Mother's Day I went to Syracuse Ward with Marc and got to sit and hold little Victoria while her dad and her grandfather both spoke in Sacrament Meeting.  Afterward Marc and I traveled down to New Milford, PA, to visit with and take gifts to my Mother.  She hadn't felt good that morning so I was glad I had brought dinner with me so she didn't have to cook.  We had a great visit for several hours and then headed home to the Lake.  Mom's birthday is also this week so we celebrated both with her.  We are thankful that both our Mothers are healthy and happy and hopefully will be around for many years to come!!!
We love you Betty and Barbara!

FHE Night with Smigs and the other Clays

After Devon's baseball game everyone came over for dinner and FHE.  Connor conducted and Kristine gave the lesson from Matt. 18:1-5.  Being as little children so we can keep learning and growing spiritually. Afterward we played Upword.  It was lots of fun played as teams.  Baby Victoria was talking to us and kicking her feet to make the lights on the bouncy seat blink and make noises.  She is a happy, easy baby!  Dave had her laughing out loud for several minutes.  Too cute!
